In-House Training Coordinator
Bellwether Community Credit Union (BCCU) is seeking a seasoned, outgoing and energetic learning and development professional to join our Administration Team. Responsibilities include coordinating and delivering existing and new learning plans related to sales and service, product knowledge, systems, on-boarding, and branding. This individual will also research, develop and maintain electronic learn tools, performance measurement systems, and an in-house library of training manuals and resources.
Applicants should have a minimum of three years of experience in education or training in a business environment (financial institution preferred). A Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.
This salaried position requires the ability to manage project initiatives from conception through execution and analysis. Strong interpersonal, analytical, planning, large group facilitation and communications skills are also required. Coaching skills and familiarity with Integrity Service and Sales Program a plus. Mortgage Originator
Triangle Credit Union, a $490M institution with over 40,000 members, has been serving our members for almost 75 years. The Mortgage Originator will be responsible for the following activities:
- Review and evaluate all the information on mortgage loan documents to determine if the Borrower, property, and loan conditions meet credit union and governmental standards.
- Review the terms and conditions of the loan decision with the Member.
- Promote the Credit Union's mortgage lending program to companies and individuals within the real estate community, and actively cross‑sell other credit union services as appropriate.
- Establish strong relations with local realtors, investment advisors, and builders to promote Triangle Credit Union rates and products.
- Keep current on trends in mortgage lending and market factors affecting mortgage lending.
Requirements include:
- 2 – 5 years of mortgage origination experience, including SAFE Act NMLS license/registration.
- An Associate Degree or course work in finance, banking; with credit union experience preferred.
In addition, our Mortgage Originator needs excellent member service and communication skills, strong computer skills, and a working knowledge of Desktop Underwriter is a plus.

Candidate will identify and develop sales opportunities for the credit union and deliver outstanding service to credit union members. This position will also supervise and coach the Financial Service Representatives in a fast paced in store branch environment. Requirements: Previous experience within a sales or retail culture is highly desirable. Must be a team player and adaptable/flexible related to work schedule. Weekend work will be required. Must be committed to providing excellent service to diverse field of membership, as well as, be able to interact with SCU members in person, via phone or via email. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, as well, as computer experience.
Previous loan, banking, or financial service experience is preferred. Aptitude for mathematics is preferred, we well as, the ability to perform detailed functions quickly and accurately. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Contact Center Representatives

Service Credit Union’s Contact Center in Portsmouth, NH, is hiring multiple full-time Contact Center Representatives (CCR). The CCRs will provide account related services in a fast paced call center environment to members located throughout the world. The CCR handles all inbound phone contact with clients related to Member Service inquiries and transactions. The CCR will also become familiar with direct and indirect loan functions as part of SCU’s staff development initiatives.
